Meet the Founder
The journey of Nestor Talent Solutions began with a passion for human resources sparked at Michigan State University. After earning a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations, I dedicated the last 34 years to creating, leading, and implementing talent strategies for small, medium-sized, and Fortune 50 companies.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse leaders, managers, teams, and employees, all of whom have enriched my experience and made me a better professional.
I've lived across Michigan, Ohio, California, and now Indiana for the past 25 years with my wife, four children, and two dogs. I'm an avid outdoorsman who loves music, sports, and road trips. My goal is to continually learn from those around me and challenge myself to improve, so I can help others do the same.
